Wherever possible, requests for Searches and Land Registry
documents will be processed electronically, thereby saving time
by ensuring that these elements of the HIP are obtained as
quickly as possible.
Our promise to you:
We will supply a HIP for the purposes of marketing your property,
either through ourselves as the agents or with any other agent you
may choose to employ, in most cases within 10 working days of
instruction.
Unlike other providers, we will not claim any copyright in the HIP
or make your life difficult over the provision of copies.
A copy will be supplied to you once compiled.
A further copy will be
supplied (in an electronic format if appropriate) to any third party
estate agent to enable them to distribute copies to any interested
buyers.
Our HIPs start from as little as £250 + VAT !!
The final cost is dependent on the type of property involved and
discounts are given where the client pays in advance and/or takes
other services from us e.g. estate agency and conveyancing
services*.
